Effectively passing down knowledge without face-to-face discussions is crucial. If you truly understand an idea, you should be able to communicate it clearly in writing. With our team at Merlin growing, relying on memory alone isn't sustainable, especially with contributions and changes from various members.
My short-term goal is to document this knowledge in high-level documents. Let's see where this journey takes us!
